Bird in Hand in Saltford, Bristol will be hosting its Beer & Cider Festival across the weekend of Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th July 2019.

 

This terrific pub will be putting on some truly delicious food and an amazing array of beverages to feed and lubricate the masses for a two-day blowout of good times and great vibes.
Nosh will take the form of a hog roast and BBQ for all your insatiable meaty needs, while beer tents will be pouring a dizzying array of drinks which will include 14 real ales, 10 traditional ciders and 2 perrys. Live local bands will provide the soundtrack on both days, boasting the talents of The Bear Market, True Gold, Love Distraction and Iron Tyger on Saturday and John & Alfie and 3D on Sunday.

Warm, welcoming and imbued with the comfy trappings of a traditional English country pub, Bird in Hand is great boozer just a stone's throw from the traffic-heavy madness of Bath Road and an oasis for those partial to a well-kept drink and delicious food.

 

The well-stocked bar boasts plenty of real ales and ciders along with a good range of wines and spirits, and the menus cover lunch, dinner, Sunday roasts, Early Bird Deals, light bites and Special Nights. This is a place that does the pub staples extremely well, from homemade lasagne to steak and Guinness pie to awesome omelettes and gammon steak.
