It's In The Bag release details of this year's Testical Festival at Taunton RacecoursePosted on: 22 Feb 2019
The Testical Festival is back by popular demand in 2019 with a bumper musical lineup locked in for the event at Taunton Racecourse on Saturday 22nd June. Organised by testicular cancer charity It's In The Bag, the festival promises to be a 2019 summer highlight with musical performances coming from Toploader, The Leylines, Twisted Vinyl and many more!
After the resounding success of the 2018 Testical Festival, It's In The Bag had no choice but to put together another event for this summer. As well as some top-notch food and drinks stalls, dodgems, family activities and more, the organisers have secured a huge musical lineup topped by alt-rockers Toploader, Westcountry collective The Leylines and four-piece cover connoisseurs Twisted Vinyl.
Tickets for this year's festival start at just £15 for an early bird, with standard-price £20 tickets and two-night camping passes also available. Unlike many festivals, one of It's In The Bag's aims is to make their event affordable to all and therefore more accessible to young men and their families.
The Testical Festival is being run in support of the essential work carried out by It's In The Bag, supporting men with testicular cancer in the South West of England, from Truro to Worcester. Their aims are to Support men at diagnosis and during treatment, raise awareness to encourage early detection and celebrate the 98% survival rate.
Testical Festival organisers Sue & Bill Brand said: "Raising awareness is key. We encourage self-checking to ensure early diagnosis. We do this is a fun and accessible way by our quirky and eye-catching campaigns, like Keep Calm and Check Your Balls and Keep an Eye on your Tackle. The festival is our biggest awareness event of the year, especially in this our 10th anniversary year."
Tickets for the 2019 Testical Festival on Saturday 22nd June at Taunton Racecourse are on sale now and can be found here.
