Posted on: 13 Jun 2018The unique and inimitable Count Arthur Strong will take to the stage of Komedia in Bath for a solo show - Alive and Unplugged - this Friday 15th June 2018.
Throughout the evening he'll take you on a nostalgic trip through his early career, plunging into his back-catalogue of video cassettes (and possibly the use of a projector) for an amusing, witty romp through many of his TV highlights.
Hailed by Chortle as “Laugh-out-loud absurdity, subtly slapstick in both word and deed, from this perfectly-realised fool", and The Times as “A relentless blast of comic surprises” (to name but two), this combines the sublime, ridiculous and, of course, variety veteran Strong's effortless gift to raise chuckles and guffaws. In other words, the perfect way to get your weekend off to a mirthful, funny bone-tickling start.
