The event will be hosted by Phillippa Watson from Dorothy House, with special guest Paralympic swimming champion and Dorothy House Ambassador Stephanie Millward MBE.

Stephanie Millward said of the event: "I'm looking forward to meeting local Bath supporters of Dorothy House and talking to them about my role as an ambassador for the hospice, my life in athletics and how swimming helps me overcome the challenges of Multiple Sclerosis. I'm also keen to hear more regarding the hospice's Dorothy's Tea Party campaign which sounds like a brilliant way to host a party with friends while also doing something worthwhile to support a good cause."

Phillippa Watson, Philanthropy Manager at Dorothy House said: "We are delighted to have Stephanie speaking at our Afternoon Tea event where we'll also be sharing the latest news on Dorothy House and our Dorothy's Tea Party campaign. Summer is the perfect time to get together with friends, family or colleagues for a Dorothy's Tea Party or BBQ to support your local Hospice and help raise funds."

Dorothy House Hospice Care is an independent charity providing palliative and end of life care for patients with a life-limiting illness, their families and carers. All services are provided free of charge and are only possible with the generous support of the local community as for every £1 the hospice receives from the NHS they have to raise a further £4.
