Locally sourced meat cooked low and slow is the ethos and results in mouthwatering dishes served up to countless thousands of customers.
The classics like pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs dominate the menu in various guises, sat alongside one of Bristol's very best burgers. As with all Southern cooking, sides are a huge deal and that's reflected here: the Mac 'n' Cheese is a joke...it's just so good!
